How We Collect SMS Consent

Abundant Family Chiropractic collects SMS consent through our Facebook Lead Ad form. When prospective patients submit their information, they are presented with the following consent checkbox:

"By checking this box, I consent to receive SMS messages from Abundant Family Chiropractic. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP to 262-333-6494 for assistance. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Submitting the form without checking the box is permitted.

Sample Opt-In Message

After submitting the form, consenting patients receive the following message:

"Hi [First Name], this is Dr. Taylor Storm at Abundant Family Chiropractic. I saw you reached out and would love to get you scheduled. Book your first visit here: [link]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for assistance.
